BOOKING INFORMATION

PRICES

All prices are for the apartement per day from 2 persons on, breakfast not included. Additional persons on request. Gladly we will organise breakfast for you in one of the hotels in the neighborhood.

Additionally there is a tax for the village per person from 14 years of age and it is not included in the price, which is 1.50 euro and has to be paid at the end of your vacation in cash. From 01.01.2024 the local tax will be of 3,20€ per person/day.

For the final cleaning we will charge a fee of 45,00 € for the one room apartments, 50,00 € for the two room apartments and 60,00 € for the three room apartments.

PRICES FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

  • Children up the age of 3 are free.
  • Children up the age of 4 - 11 cost 15 euros a day.
  • Children from 12 years of age cost 20 euros a day.

These prices are only valid for children staying in the same apartement with their parants.

DOGS

  • For dogs we charge 15€ / night without food

Pets: Pets are welcome in our apartements. We charge you 15 euros a day. If you happen to reserve breakfast in one of our neighborhood hotels, you will understand that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. Thank you very much.

The Residence Aster is a smoke-free place, so you can enjoy the clear mountain air. Also applies to the rooms and apartements.

Changes or cancellations of your reservation can be done for free up to 60 days before your arrival. After that we have to charge you 50% of the booking. If you need to change your reservation 7 days before your arrival, we need to charge you 80% of your booking. In case you have to leave earlier or you are not showing up we will need to charge you the full amount.

We strongly advise you to get a travel insurance to avoid unnecessary costs.


TERMS OF PAYMENT

We are happy if you pay cash. You also have the possibility the pay with any credit card. Your booking is binding as soon as you receive a confirmation from us and your deposit is transfered to the following account:
